• The undersigned hereby makes application for membership in the Builders Exchange, Inc. (Cleveland), agreeing, if approved, to abide by the rules and regulations of the organization.
• There is a $100.00 one-time application fee.
• Annual membership dues are $675.00. Membership dues include access to the planroom, access to the news portion of the online construction reports (everything except the online plans, specs and addenda).
• The online upgrade is $700.00 per year. This allows you to view / download the plans, specs and addenda online.
• On receiving this application, you will be billed for a full years dues (plus the application fee) ... either $775.00 for a standard membership or $1475.00 for a standard membership with online upgrade.
• Our membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th. The unused portion of the first year's dues will be credited against the second year's dues. If your company does not wish to continue membership past June 30th, the remainder of your first year's dues will be forfeited.
• You will NOT be billed on your membership application anniversary date!
• Membership will be considered by the Board of Directors at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
